Case studie: Event in Sevilla

Get-together event

After the acquisition of a mid-sized firm by a larger industrial company, management was faced with new staff that was having difficulty accepting their new situation and new management. The new employees needed to be integrated into a new company structure and company culture.

Our solution was to organize a „Get-together“ event. The goal of the event was to convey to employees the importance of combined effort in order to ensure progress and the necessity of adapting to a new corporate culture while not entirely having to give up old routines.

In order to get management's message across to employees, we organized the get-together event in Sevilla because of the city’s rich historic cultural inheritance. Identification with the city’s historic development led to a general acceptance among employees which had a positive impact at the office.
