Incentive trip
The goal was to motivate the sales partners of an international insurance company in hopes of triggering profit in the upcoming business year.
Our solution was to organize an "incentive event"to illustrate the direct relationship between employee dedication and reward. The event was an athletic mini track and field competition in the Olympic city of Barcelona.
The competition closed with an awards ceremony including the presentation of trophies and an evening gala. The event was a successful marketing measure as a considerable profit increase was made in the following business year.
