Regatta Team training
Our client wanted to revive team spirit among staff members.
We proposed to organize an event around the following motto: „the team is the motor “. In order to ingrain this message in the minds of the staff, our event was based on this key message: the basis of successful teamwork is open communication among team members.
During the Regatta event in which groups were all „in the same boat“ and cooperating together to achieve a common goal, a collective feeling of togetherness among team members was revived.
